The biological olive oil Tenuta Vasadonna, cultivar “Nocellara Etnea” is certified according to Reg. (CE) n 834/2007, which attests the biological production.

To look at it is gold yellow, with intense green lights.
By smell it is intensely fruity with freshly cut grass touches.
To the palate it is bitter and medium spicy, with fresh almond and artichoke touches.
The perfect match is with grilled vegetables, fresh and goat’s cheese, and grilled cuttlefish
