Biological extra virgin olive oil, from Vasadonna Estate in the Province of Catania, whose high quality and authenticity is guaranteed by careful and strict controls.

The biological olive oil Tenuta Vasadonna, cultivar “Nocellara Messinese” is certified according to Reg. (CE) n 834/2007, which attests the biological production.

To look at it is gold yellow, with green and clear lights.
By smell it is medium-intensity fruity.
To the palate the first impact is sweet, then bitter and progressively spicy but finely-dosed, as it is pleasant to taste.
It has a vegetal taste of artichoke, and in aftertaste sensations you may find almonds and a slight spicy point.
The perfect match is with legumes, ground and sea salads.
